The BF success is a group coaching service where women of all ages come together to work towards their goals. With the guidance of head coach Bex and the support of others, you will never have to feel alone on your journey.
Learn and receive support on how to deal with female-related barriers that may be stopping you reach your goals. Such as menopause, PCOS, the menstrual cycle, emotional eating, and managing a busy schedule.
Have 100% support from your coach and other like-minded women. We are all in the same boat. There is nothing more empowering than women supporting women.
Discuss topics related to your goals, lifestyle, or just general girlie chit-chat.
An active community to keep everyone motivated and inspired while reaching their goals. The community will be active and involve regularly topics such as meal ideas.
A unique approach to allow you to remain accountable. This for sure is one of the pillars to success.
This begins with an initial in-depth form followed by a phone call. This is so we can get to know you as a person, your lifestyle, and your goals. A custom plan is made and throughout the service, we learn and understand you as an individual. This means that every aspect of the program is tailored to meet your needs.
Every week a self-led check-in will be posted to the group. These give you the opportunity to reflect on your week.
We are not looking for perfection at the BF Success but rather the chance to self-reflect and get better every week. The form provides some clarity to what is going well and what is not.
You will be surprised how just writing stuff down brings everything together. This is a unique approach to group coaching as normally check-ins are reserved for one-to-one clients only.
Please note your coach will not respond to check ins. If you have any struggles or questions you are asked to tag her in the daily accountability post.

You will be given a custom calorie and protein goal tailored to you.
Following a resistant training program, will provide you the chance to build muscle and build the body you have always wanted. Learn to lift to get stronger and improve your health.
You will be able to choose from home, gym, and somewhere in the middle workout suitable for all abilities and time commitment. You will be given a form to fill out to select what workout style you want to do. The workouts will be on the app for easy access. Each person will also receive a daily step target.
Changes are made when needed so your goals are aligned with your lifestyle. For example, a holiday or being away from home. These are discussed on your weekly bi check ins.
Throughout the program you will receive all the deeds on training, nutrition, fat loss, fitness health, mindset and general wellbeing.
This will be in the format of ebooks, posts, webinars, and Facebook lives.
A space where all your daily targets and workouts are kept. A space to record scale weight, upload progress photos and record gym performance.
The opportunity to participate in challenges with some cool prizes along the way.

The BF Success is an online group coaching program with an element of personalization. While the coaching service group is focused, we want to ensure everyone has a tailored structure to suit them and their needs.
This includes nutrition targets, workouts and a step target. The weekly-self lead check-in may also be tailored to the client’s specific needs.
This is why we are keeping the group small to ensure there is still the opportunity for one-to-one contact.
The more you put into the community the more you will get out.

One week before the start you will receive a welcome pack via the email provided.
This will include everything you need to know and an initial client form.
This is so Bex can get to know you and anything she may need to be made aware of.
It is 30 pounds a month charged on the 5th of every month. If you pay your deposit before the start date your deposit is counted towards that month.
To access Bex you will need to tag Bex your questions on the daily accountability post. That way Bex will be able to see you are struggling and offer help and support.
Bex will respond within 24 hours of your message but aims to respond as soon as possible.
The app is called PT Hub, a worldwide leading personal training platform.
It is included free within the coaching service.
Yes of course, we understand calorie counting is not for everyone. If this is the case we will provide you with different nutrition targets to follow.
Yes absolutely. If for any reason you cannot exercise, you can disclose this on your initial client form.
Often or not we will find other methods to incorporate activity into your life.
Payment is through PayPal and a direct debit is set up.
You will pay your deposit before the start date but the payment officially begins the way the group coaching starts.
If you pay now, your next payment will be 13th October 2022. As the service does not start till the 13th September 2022.
